WINGS J/122
Welcome!
WINGS is a newly designed and 2008-built “J/122” 40 foot sailboat that will race out of Rye, NY and cruise in NY, CT, RI and Mass waters.
Co-owners Mike Bruno and Tom Boyle are taking delivery of WINGS in Spring 2008, and have organized a first class racing program with an experienced core team.
WINGS will be competing in Western Long Island Sound in the newly formed J/122 One Design class, in handicap IRC events and some distance racing events.
The name WINGS came to Mike Bruno as he made the transition from a heavy displacement cruiser-racer to this fast, light design!
