Wide plank flooring of Old Growth Eastern White Pine; planks are up to 17 inches wide and up to 16 feet long; antique reproduction nails; each plank has been hand scraped, hand rubbed with custom Tung oil-based stain and finished with polyurethane for durability.

Greek Revival moldings based on 1820s-30s patterns of Asher Benjamin and Minard Lefevre: Moldings used on Second Floor of Evertson Hill.jpg (Crown, Door and Window are scaled down versions of first floor moldings).

Doors:  all-fir in historical 4 panel style; brushed brass door hardware.

Antique reproduction lighting fixtures throughout in finishes to match the room (brushed nickel, brushed brass or chrome); antique style two-button switches.

Laundry room / utility closet in center of second floor, full size washer and dryer.
