“Country Loft”
We are now working on a “green” home that is to be certified at the LEED Platinum (highest) level. More importantly, it is being designed and will be built to our general standards, that is, we would want to live in it ourselves. We expect to have it available for purchase in the second half of 2009 at an expected purchase price in the USD 2 million range, subject to change.
