Petrides Homes is actively evaluating investment opportunities in Greenwich, Connecticut. Greenwich is a picturesque community just 25 miles north of New York City, known for its stunning landscapes and remarkable single-family homes. We plan to work in Greenwich both to develop vacant land in line with our values of conservation and to acquire historic properties that we will improve and make available for rent.

In Greenwich, our goal is to create unique and beautiful homes that are site-specific and exhibit superb craftsmanship.
